Hi, my name is David Mikel.  I am an attorney  practicing in the area of debtor relief or bankruptcy law.  I have practiced almost exclusively in this area since my admission to the bar in 1989.  Not only do I represent individuals seeking relief from overwhelming indebtedness, I currently serve as a bankruptcy trustee for the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Ohio.
