Born in Hamilton, Ohio in January of 1952, Alan graduated from Ohio Northern University in 1974 and Ohio Northern University’s College of Law in 1977.  Alan practices in the areas of real estate, estate planning, estate administration, business formation and entities, and personal income taxation.  Alan is the president of Title Safe Agency, Inc., the title company which is wholly owned by Dungan & LeFevre.  Alan is an agent for two major title insurance underwriters and is a member of the Ohio Land Title Association.

Alan is actively involved in the community and is currently a member of the Troy Noon Optimist Club.  He sits on numerous boards and commissions, including the Board of Parks Commissioners and the Planning Commission for the City of Troy.  Alan and his wife, Debbie, reside in Troy and have three wonderful children.
