Andrew joined the firm in 1999, and practices in the areas of domestic relations, criminal law, and estate planning. He is also an assistant with the Miami County Public Defender’s Office handling juvenile court matters.Andrew has had success handling dissolution, divorce and custody issues, as well as various child support matters in Miami, Darke, and Shelby Counties. Andrew’s domestic relations practice also includes termination and/or modification of shared parenting plans, post-decree contempt, child support reviews and modifications.
Andrew practices all facets of criminal defense from preliminary hearings to sentencing. Andrew also handles juvenile delinquency proceedings, from adjudication to disposition, including bind-overs, serious youthful offenders and juvenile sex offender classifications.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a Trust Officer with a large regional bank in Hamilton and Dayton, and currently handles various trust, will and estate planning issues.
A 1989 graduate of Miami University and a 1992 graduate of the University of Toledo College of Law, Andrew grew up in Miami County and continues to reside in Troy with his wife, Melissa, and their three daughters.
