Michelle J. Gearhardt

Michelle was born in Kaneohe Oahu, Hawaii on October 3, 1955. She completed her undergraduate education at Wittenberg University and Ohio State University, earning her C.B.A. in 1977. She attended law school at the University of Toledo and was in the top twenty percent of the accelerated graduate class. She received her juris doctorate in 1979 and was admitted to the bar in 1980.
Michelle is a member of the National Moot Court Board, the Ohio State Bar Association and the Miami County Bar Association serving as Secretary-Treasurer from 1989-1991 and currently as Chairman of the Domestic Relations Committee. She became a Certified Mediator in 1995, and was awarded the Miami County Bar Mediator of the Year Award in 1991.
Michelle’s area of expertise centers on all aspects of domestic relations, including divorces, dissolutions, disputed custody cases, adoption, child support, and mediation on all topic areas.
Michelle and her husband, Larry, live near Covington, Ohio and have one daughter.
